- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2020-08-31, by Griselda GI was very shocked when the staff refused to refund my money after my toddler had a medical emergency causing us to miss our sleigh ride. Although I was outside of their "return policy" i felt they could of handled the situation alot more kindly rather than cut throat.
